삽입 사출 성형
인서트 사출 성형은 인서트 성형 또는 오버 성형이라고도 불릴 수 있으며, 단일 부품이 두 개 이상의 다른 재료를 조합하여 형성됩니다. 인서트 사출 성형은 성형 과정 중에 통합될 수도 있고, 성형 후 작업으로 삽입될 수도 있습니다. 특히, 적절히 선택된 두 종류의 재료를 사용하면 성형 부품의 강한 접착력을 얻을 수 있습니다. 따라서, 두 재료 간에 최적의 접착을 달성하기 위해 프라이머나 접착제를 더 이상 사용할 필요가 없습니다. 이 삽입 사출 성형 공정은 플라스틱 캡슐화된 삽입물과 강하게 결합된 통합 어셈블리를 만들어냅니다. 다음 재료로 만든 삽입 사출 성형: 세라믹, 플라스틱, 금속 및 사출 성형 공정의 고온에 견딜 수 있는 물질입니다.

Insert Injection Molding could be called Insert Molding or Over Molding, which a sole part is formed using two or more different materials in combination. In Insert injection Molding can either be incorporated at the time of the molding process or can be inserted as post molding operation. Especially, if properly selected two kinds of material, it will obtain a strong bonding of the molded part. Therefore, the used of primers or adhesive was no longer required to achieve an optimum bond between two materials.
